Enzo Rongione from CNRS/Thales obtained the Thales PhD prize for his PhD thesis entitled: "Ultrafast spin-currents mediated by spin-orbit coupling : towards new concepts for THz emitters" which took place in the context of the s-Nebula project. He received his price from Bernard Quendt, Thales CTO.
The final workshop of s-Nebula was a great success, taking place from the 10-12th of October in Ingelheim (Germany) within the SPICE facilities. We had a consortium meeting the 19-20th of June in Uppsala, gathering 18 representatives from the 7 consortium members of s-Nebula. We discussed the great progress of the projet after 42 months, and the plans to achieve the upcoming and final project objectives !
